Privacy notice
This notice explains what we collect on kuunalverma.com, why, and how to ask us to delete it. It follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Who we are
This website belongs to Kuunal Verma. For any privacy question, write to kuunal@kuunalverma.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us:
- Enquiry forms: your name, institution, type of enquiry, message, phone number and email.
- Email signup: your email address.
- Waitlist and free resources: your name, email and, if you add them, your institution and role. If you tick the box, we also send you new essays; otherwise we send only what you asked for.
- Bulk book orders: your institution, contact details, the quantity, delivery city and date, and whether you would like an author session.
- Reader feedback: your words about the book. We publish them only if you tick the permission box, and we confirm the exact wording with you first.
- Speaking enquiries: your event details, such as date, city and audience size.
- Messages you start yourself, by WhatsApp, email or LinkedIn.
Why we collect it
We use your details to reply to you and to send what you asked for. That may be an essay, a resource, or news about a book. We do not sell or share your details for marketing. You give consent when you submit a form, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Where it is kept
Form submissions are emailed to Kuunal's inbox. A backup copy is kept in a private folder on our web host, which the public cannot reach. Our host and email provider act only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for 24 months from your last contact with us, then delete them. You stay on the email list until you unsubscribe. Every email includes a link to do that.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you;
- correct or update it;
- delete it;
- stop using it, by withdrawing your consent.
Write to kuunal@kuunalverma.com to make any request or complaint. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Terms of use for downloads
Our scorecards, checklists, chapters and kits are free for your own institution's use. Please do not resell them or publish them as your own. You may share them inside your organisation, and you may quote short extracts with credit to Kuunal Verma. They are general guidance, not advice for your specific situation.

If this notice changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
